Activity Center Building Rental Descriptions (New Changes Effective November 2006)

**All Parties must be called in and reserved 2 weeks before the date that they want.**

USD #214 School's, Non-Profit Organizations and other companies may use the building for free.

Option 1- If someone would like to have a birthday party here at the Activity Center, DURING HOURS, they would get the back party room and share the game room/gym with anyone else that comes in for the day, for up to 3 hours for a deposit of $30.00.  After everything is picked up and cleaned, we would keep $15.00 of their deposit for using the facility and they would get $15.00 back.

Option 2-If someone would like to have a birthday party of dance, WITH THE BUILDING CLOSED OFF TO THE PUBLIC, they could have the building for up to 4 hours for the party and would have to pay a deposit of $50.00.  After everything is picked up and cleaned, we would keep $25.00 for the deposit for usage of the building and give them back the other $25.00.

Option 3-If someone would like to have the building for an ALL DAY EVENT for personal usage, they would have to pay a deposit of $60.00 for the days usage.  After everything is picked up and cleaned, they would get $30.00 back and we would keep $30.00.

Option 4-If someone would like to have the building for a party AFTER HOURS, (Sunday evenings only from 6-8 pm) they would have to pay a deposit of $25.00.  They would not get this back for having the party after hours.

Reasons to rent this building: birthday party, birthday dance, bridal shower, baby shower, wedding dance, meetings, reunions, or for any reason you can think of.

*Our building is smoke free and alcohol free. Any one caught smoking or drinking on our facility would result in the renting party losing their whole deposit.*
