Aerobics
All Wellness Classes are included in your membership to the wellness room. Click here for membership pricing. Members must be at least 18 yrs of age and out of high school. The membership card acts as a "key" to get into the new wellness facility 24 hours, 7 days a week. Anyone with an active membership can simply "swipe" their card, with the barcode to the right, in the door lock for access after hours. Wellness room hours: 5 am-8 pm Monday thru Friday, 1 pm- 5 pm on Saturday, and closed on Sundays.

Aqua Aerobics

- Time: 6-7 pm
Ballroom Dancing
- The dancing class will include a variety of dancing techniques such as the Foxtrot, Waltz, Jitterbug, and the Cha Cha. Each dance lesson in 1 1/2 hours broken into 30 minute sessions. First 30 minutes is new instruction. Second 30 minutes is practice new steps with music. The last 30 minutes we will continue to practice the new steps or review other dances.
